The Owner and President of Aqua Sun Ozone, Mr. Ed Otero, is an avid fisherman and enjoys his annual trip deep sea fishing for 10 days every year leaving December 26^th.  Fishing is his passion and ozone is his expertise.  Water is ozonated, then frozen and used for storing fish in fishing boats while at sea.  Fishing boats have the ability to stay at sea for an extended time with the use of ozone water. 

We’ve entered 2012 with a vengeance and we are proud to say that Mr. Otero caught a jackpot Tuna at a whopping 310 lbs. this trip…so we’ll be ozonating that fish, freezing and enjoying it for a long time to come.
