During January an increase in recalls of retail foods have become prominent.  Fortunately the FDA has caught it before the recalls have taken a national effect.  Unfortunately tainted fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry and fish that were grown or raised with infectious bacterium cannot be treated by ozone.  Ozone can only sanitize the outer layer of foods not the inside of cells and the gene make-up.

To celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year, Aqua Sun Ozone would like to show our appreciation to our growing Chinese customers.  Our top of the line products have had an increase in sales throughout China and the neighboring countries over the past few years.  Aqua Sun Ozone would like to honor the Chinese and their extravagant celebration that is not like any other around the world.  We have found their celebration to be very interesting and would like to educate our devoted customers.

This celebration is similar to Christmas in the United States, except with the Chinese tradition and beliefs this celebration requires an enormous amount of preparation before, during and after the Chinese New Year which last for 15 days.  Chinese New Year begins on the first day of the lunar calendar, which changes every year, and it is considered the beginning of spring. Most families begin preparing a month or more in advance for the Chinese New Year.

Pre-New Year preparations include visiting a fortune teller to learn your future ahead, cutting your hair, pay off bad debt and detailed cleaning in every area of the home including removing broken furniture and appliances.  Once the cleaning is complete all cleaning tools and supplies are to be put away.  Finally, stocking up on food and buying gifts and clothes must be done before the New Year.  Cleaning and sweeping is prohibited during the New Year celebration, the belief is to relax, eat and enjoy time with family and friends.  Sweeping during the New Year celebration will sweep all of the good luck out the door.  While celebrating the New Year gifts or red envelopes with money are to be given to every home visited.  The color red symbolizes good luck.  Opening windows and letting fresh air in the home is believed to let in good luck as well.  The last day of the New Year is the Lantern Festival, decorating and lighting paper lanterns.

This year is the year of the Water Dragon which happens every twelve years and is to be the most prominent of all twelve animals.  Happy Lunar New Year China and the best of luck, health and prosperity to everyone in 2012.

A seismologist invest-igating earthquakes in non-earthquake country has almost determined that the 11 earthquakes in Ohio in 2011 were caused by wastewater.  The wastewater was used for “Fracking”, which is when oil and gas drillers use a process of creating fissures in underground formations to allow natural gas to flow.  Our earth has natural gas beneath the surfaces in several layers.  During this process; water, sand and other additives are pumped under high pressure into the shale formation to create fractures.  “Frac” fluid is approximately 99.5% water and sand, with special-purpose additives, what are these “special-purpose additives”, that they are disclosing? 

After the drillers are finished with the process they dispose the wastewater into the earth’s surface which is not in its natural state.  This is disrupting our beautiful Mother Earth internally stated in a news report and I quote; “Brine wastewater dumped in wells comes from drilling operations, including the so-called fracking process to extract gas from underground shale that has been a source of concern among environmental groups and some property owners. Injection wells have also been suspected in quakes in Ashtabula in far northeast Ohio, and in Arkansas, Colorado, and Oklahoma, Armbruster said.” Ozone is proven to sanitize water, food and air.  Maybe if they sanitize the water before the dump it back into the earth then our, “Mother Earth” might be happy on the receiving end?
